The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Websites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Websites, social media pages, or other platforms.
Additionally, where you provide any information to be published, displayed, or posted on any public areas of our Websites or on any of our social media pages or other platforms (hereinafter “User Generated Content” or “UGC”), such UGC becomes visible to and accessible by the general public, and we are not responsible for how your UGC (or any personal information you may include in them) may be viewed, shared, or used by others.

However, as described under the heading “California Residents’ Notice at Collection” below, we may disclose your personal information to certain third parties for our advertising or marketing purposes in a way (such as sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising) that may, under California’s privacy laws, be deemed a “sale” or “sharing.”
