If you wish to return a product purchased from the Great HealthWorks’ online store, simply contact our Customer Care Department at 1-(800)-609-1656 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization. You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product to request a refund of the purchase price. If you purchased a bottle of OmegaXL® on the Great HealthWorks’ online store, Great HealthWorks’ will honor the OmegaXL® 90 day money back guarantee. Great HealthWorks is unable to refund your original shipping and handling cost. No refunds will be issued for any product, except OmegaXL®, after thirty (30) days from your delivery date. You can review your delivery date by using the provided tracking number located in your order confirmation email. To receive your refund, you must ship the product back to Great HealthWorks at 4130 SW 28th Way, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product.
Please allow up to 30 days for Great HealthWorks to process the refund for the purchase price of the product back to your credit or debit card. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund transaction.
