Privacy Notice for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents (“consumers” or “you”) have certain rights regarding the collection, use, sale, and disclosure of their personal information. This California privacy notice supplements our privacy policy and explains the rights of California residents.

When you provide your personal information to us by any means you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy, this privacy notice, and all other applicable laws.

Your Rights and Choices

The CCPA provides California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right (i) that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request for information, the categories of sources for that personal information, our business purpose for collecting that personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information, (ii) that we disclose to you the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request for information, and (iii) that, upon your request, we delete your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (for example, if the information is necessary to complete a transaction or to comply with a legal obligation).

Further, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights: we will not deny you our goods, charge you a different price for our goods, or provide you a different level or quality of goods if you exercise any of your CCPA rights.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a request for disclosure or deletion of or access to yaour personal information twice within a rolling 12-month period. The request must: (i) be a verifiable consumer request, i.e., you must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative of such person, and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period. Our response will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
