Growing Healthcare Company focused on health, wellness and preventative care located in the South Florida area seeks career-minded individuals interested in working as Part Time Independent Contractors from home for our fast-paced direct response operation to handle in-bound customer service calls.  These positions are for those individuals looking to establish their own schedule and maintain flexibility in their daily activities. This is NOT a network marketing position.  Three day (20 hours) certification program is all that is required to get started and earn income. 
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

We are looking for professional customer oriented call center candidates and sales associates with two years experience in sales and/or a call center environment. All candidates must be articulate and comfortable working on phones. Data entry and basic computing skills are a must.
Hourly rate with commission potential for talented individuals.

Contract Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide services from home, DSL or cable internet connection.
• Microsoft – Computer with Windows XP or higher.
• Ability to be your own boss.
• Ability to convert in-bound calls to sales orders.
• Enter pertinent account information and offer customer solutions.
• Exceed established performance standards (Productivity and Quality).

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of Telephone Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven mathematical ability to calculate basic transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills and basic computing skills.
• Ability to drive 1st Call Resolution.
