Customer Care Professional - Spanish
Vertically Integrated Direct Response Marketing Company engaged in marketing and sales of premium natural health care products and supplements through all forms of media located near Ft. Lauderdale International Airport seeks career-minded individuals interested in working in a very active customer service/sales operation. We are seeking professional sales and customer service retention specialists with a minimum of two years experience.
The primary task of the position is providing customer service, retention and ongoing sales. Healthcare background a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST.
Base salary of $12 to $16 an hour based on experience with meaningful commission opportunities. Highest performing employees earning over $2,000+ in monthly commission on top of base salary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Answer calls from current customers.
- Answer telephone calls from prospective customers who have been solicited through direct marketing and advertising.
- Build rapport and nurture customer relationships resulting in measurable value.
- Ability to convert in-bound calls to sales orders.
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions and concerns.
- Utilize retention tools to retain existing customers.
- Ability to adapt to hectic and aggressively changing environment.
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
- Exceed established performance standards in accordance to Company and Department (Productivity and Quality).
- Comply with policies, practices, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Spanish a MUST.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Telephone Customer Service / Sales experience.
- Retention experience a plus.
- Ability to drive 1st Call Resolution.
- Previous inside sales or telemarketing in a quota driven environment and/or call center experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and essential computing skills.
- Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
- Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven mathematical ability to calculate basic transactions.
- Work history that reflects stability and flexibility.
